Oyu Ocean

Oyu Ocean is a gender-fluid sensory and experience artist whose work moves through themes of love, grief, liberation, and kinship. As a media artist, writer, performer, Ocean invites us into a world of playful intensity and poetic imagination.

Oyu Ocean ist koreanisch-deutscher Medienkünstler und Choreograph, dessen Werke in Welten voll spielerischer Intensität, poetischer Fantasie und mathematischer Neugier führt.

Oyu Ocean studierte Medienkunst unter Prof. Christin Lahr, Intermedia unter Prof. Alba D’Urbano und Performance unter Prof. Isabel Lewis an der Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig.
